Revisions must relate to the original project scope. A revision does not include a complete change of concept, new direction, new manuscript, new genre, or new service request.

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

Once a client approves a deliverable, Aurelium Author House may treat that deliverable as final.

Any changes requested after approval may be billed separately.

Clients retain ownership of their original manuscript, book idea, and personal content.

After full payment is completed, final approved deliverables prepared specifically for the client may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Aurelium Author House may retain internal drafts, working files, project notes, and administrative records.

8. Intellectual Property Responsibility

Clients confirm that any content, manuscript, images, references, quotes, or materials they provide do not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or intellectual property right of another party.

Aurelium Author House is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided material.

9. Ghostwriting Disclaimer

For ghostwriting projects, the final content is developed based on the information, direction, interviews, notes, and approvals provided by the client.

The client is responsible for reviewing the final manuscript and confirming accuracy before publication.

10. Editing & Proofreading Disclaimer

Editing and proofreading improve grammar, structure, clarity, flow, and presentation. However, no editing service can guarantee that a manuscript will be completely free from every possible error, especially after client changes or formatting updates.

Aurelium Author House may assist with publishing setup and distribution, but publishing platforms control their own approval processes, timelines, policies, pricing rules, royalty systems, and account decisions.

Aurelium Author House is not responsible for royalty payments, tax reporting, payout delays, platform deductions, or payment issues caused by third-party platforms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep client manuscripts, personal stories, unpublished materials, and project details confidential.

However, confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, required by law, or approved by the client for publishing or marketing.

17. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Aurelium Author House may request permission to display completed work, book covers, testimonials, or project results in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

We will not display confidential manuscript content without permission.
